“A legacy speaks not about how we died but about how we lived. It speaks about the things that move us in life, the things that matter to us. A legacy is an expression of gratitude and thanks to God for all that has been given and enjoyed in life."
A Generational Commitment
Four generations of the Dale Stark family discuss the significance of First Presbyterian Church in their lives. It's truly inspiring to see a family that spans four generations all coming together in faith. Hearing stories about their belief and support for our church is a reminder of the power of faith and family. LeeAnn Harris interviews Dale Stark, Cynthia and Ed Anderson, Hayley and Lee Nester and their children. Wait until you hear what Dale’s great-grandchildren say! It is so cute!

Since 1882, First Presbyterian Church of Gastonia has stood as a leader in Gaston County’s faith community. It is a Christ-centered ministry that spreads God’s Word and embodies His love throughout this area and the world. To help ensure that this ministry will continue even after we are gone, we invite you to consider including the church in your estate planning. The Planned Giving Ministry will provide information and support to help you find the best way to make a gift that fits your interests and circumstances.
Please email or call the church’s Business Administrator at email@example.com or 704-864-2651 and he will put you in touch with a member of the Planned Giving Ministry. We look forward to talking to you!
